Pre-Occupation Claims.

I have to refer to my letter c/5/67/45 dated the 30th November,1946, on the subject of flour requisitioned by the Hong Kong Government and delivered to the Naval Yard in December,1941, and to your reply of the 8th January, 1947, reference H.K.No.446/74.

I shall be glad if you will inform me of the position regarding this claim as I have heard nothing further from you since your letter.

The value of the flour requisitioned is $37,972 and I shall be glad if settlement of this claim may be made as early as possible.
